Deposit and Cancellation Fee:

All bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit. 

Your deposit is fully refundable, however in line with the industry protocol we reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee from your deposit prior to the release of the balance ( such balance will only be refunded to the original payment card).

In compliance with consumer law, any such cancellation fees will be reflective of the losses incurred by the business where we are unable to re-sell your appointment. We will make every effort to minimise our losses by remarketing the appointment on our social media and to anyone on a waitlist.

Our cancellation fees work on a sliding scale as follows:

* More than 48 Hours before your appointment - No Charge

* Between 24 - 48 Hours 50% of your appointment cost

* Under 24 Hours 100% of your appointment cost

 

Refunds:

KB Nails & Aesthetics has the right not to refund for any services offered. However, we do fix any problem that occurs to satisfy both parties.

Shipping Policy

Please give 4 days for processing of orders and up to 7 days for shipping. Collections are welcome in the salon.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are confident that you will love our products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange policy. Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange. All we ask is that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
